A deranged mall Santa with a history of predatory behavior is taken into custody after children alert authorities and community members to his crimes. Following a prison break during a citywide blackout, the predator retrieves his old Santa suit and a fire axe, then sets out to systematically track down and terrorize the now-adult victims one by one.
