The final clash between Carag and Andrew Milling reaches a boiling point. After Milling wins the governor’s seat, he launches his so-called “day of reckoning”—a vicious smear campaign that drives a wedge between humans, animals, and the Woodwalkers, leaving every group vulnerable. Desperate to expose Milling and restore harmony, Carag pleads with the Council, his family, and his friends to reveal the hidden truth: the Woodwalkers exist. But when no one backs him, he takes matters into his own hands. In a daring solo move, he tries to strip Milling of his shapeshifting power—only to lose his own instead. Now, with time running out, Carag must race to save Clearwater High and put an end to Milling’s reign of fear for good.
