In the late 1980s, on the fringes of Medellín, Colombia, eerie lights begin falling from the sky, catching the attention of local residents. A reporter ventures out to uncover the truth, but before he can get far, a scrappy crew of teenagers from a wild, unchecked neighborhood swoops in and snatches his camera. As the device falls into their hands, it captures a raw, hypnotic dive into the chaos and energy of their everyday lives.
