Laundry (2026)

In 1968 Johannesburg, young Khuthala dreams of saxophones and smoky stages—not starch and steam. He can't stand the family laundry, even though it's his birthright on a hanger. But as apartheid tightens its chokehold on Black entrepreneurs, his simple wish to trade in his father's shop for a music career collides with a brutal reality. Now, he must choose: chase his own melody, or fight to keep the last thing his family truly owns from being ripped away by the state.
