A lonely schoolboy named Sashka, shy and a bit too trusting, pours his heart out to a smart speaker—his only companion in a world where friends are scarce. Raised by his grandmother, he hides a rare gift: an unshakable belief in miracles. That faith plunges him into an incredible adventure when a cheeky genie bursts from an old jug and his digital assistant, Alisa, mysteriously springs to life. Together, they race across continents on a perilous quest to rescue Sashka’s parents, who vanished during a sandstorm in Uzbekistan and now languish in a magical city under the enchantment of Shah Zaman. From dodging the schemes of the wicked sorcerer Yusuf to soaring on flying carpets and drifting in hot air balloons, they navigate breakneck chases across vast steppes, treacherous desert crossings, and encounters with kind strangers who help Sashka piece his fractured family back together.
