a gran imaxe non ten forma - apuntamentos sobre a creacion de símbolos identitarios
Summer 2024 finds Víctor reflecting on his friend Mario, whose mind is racing for reasons beyond their usual debates. Mario, a chronic overthinker, met Sara on Twitter and quickly fell into deep infatuation. Every time his thoughts spiral, he escapes outdoors, seeking peace and clarity in nature. For years, Mario and Víctor have wrestled with the constraints and contradictions between representation and identity, but lately their focus has shifted to the tricky portrayal of landscapes and the natural world. They constantly search beyond Western capitalist perspectives, chasing an elusive, formless grand image. But now, love has hijacked Mario’s focus. All he craves is for Sara to be beside him—watching the sunset, sharing the same space, breathing the same moment.
