PEAK END (2026)

"Hey Rin, how about we launch a jam sandwich into space?" Rin moved from Seoul to Kyoto; Sola traveled from Okinawa to the same city. The two met in college and have been making films together ever since. They love having fun, capturing silly moments, and laughing nonstop. Their dreams include sending a jam sandwich skyward, shoplifting a movie camera, and tracing Sola’s family roots in Okinawa. These wild ambitions fuel their filmmaking. To them, cinema is a magic wand—they bend it into every genre, placing themselves at the center of each story. They long to truly understand each other, yet never force compromise. Instead, they embrace their shifting identities, all in the name of having the greatest conversation.
