On the cusp of adulthood, the youth of "The Village" embark on a sacred journey. Daisy grows uneasy as she notices that not all who leave ever come back. Determined to uncover the truth, she ventures toward a place the villagers call "The Origin"—their name for Earth—to locate the lost pilgrims and unravel the hidden mysteries of her home.
