CarousHELL 4 is a 2026 American horror comedy directed by Steve Rudzinski. The fourth entry in the cult CarousHELL franchise follows Duke, the killer carousel unicorn, as he takes his son Robbie on a quiet cabin getaway intended to help him come to terms with growing up. Their retreat takes a terrifying turn when Robbie discovers a mysterious book and attempts to contact his late mother.

What begins as a father-and-son bonding trip quickly becomes a supernatural battle involving undead figures from Duke's violent past. Written by Steve Rudzinski and Aleen Isley, the film mixes outrageous horror, dark comedy, practical gore and supernatural mayhem with a more emotional story about family, grief, fear of change and growing up.
