A failed business psychologist named Fedya drunkenly humiliates himself during a training session, becoming a public joke. He preaches "success secrets" on his blog, yet his own life is completely out of control. His daughter Sonya, a withdrawn and troubled teen, has built an unbreakable wall between them since her mother’s death, leaving her grandfather to raise her. After a violent fight with classmates, Sonya faces juvenile detention—her only escape is a summer correctional program at a remote provincial school.
