A Feathered Memory (2026)
Uma Memória Emplumada
A Feathered Memory (Uma Memória Emplumada), a lyrical documentary from filmmaker Ida Does, follows Daiara Tukano—a Brazilian Indigenous artist and human rights advocate from the Amazon’s Tukano people. While she paints a massive mural inside The Hague’s Mauritshuis, the narrative weaves together two worlds: the Netherlands’ colonial past and the enduring, vibrant knowledge of the Amazon rainforest.
