Between Shores is a documentary following five women from the Sussex Seals as they attempt to swim the English Channel in relay. The film captures the challenge of crossing open water between Dover and France while revealing the personal motivations that brought each swimmer to the project.

The story combines endurance, friendship, vulnerability, and environmental unpredictability. Shot from the support boat during the crossing, the documentary offers an immediate perspective on the team's struggle with darkness, cold, tides, jellyfish, exhaustion, and seasickness.
