Chaos erupts in Poso as Kai and his older brother Ringgo, who lives with Down Syndrome, get torn away from their mother Emmy. While desperately hunting for her, they cross paths with Idham, a police officer assigned to manage the unrest. Idham takes Kai and Ringgo under his wing, guiding them through perilous moments as he continues the search for Emmy. Along the way, a deep, family-like connection slowly blossoms among Idham, Kai, and Ringgo.
