On the Tip of the Tongue (2026)
Luana can’t wait for her best friend’s big bash, but her excitement crashes when she’s stuck spending the day with her grandmother, who’s just flown in from Brazil. To make things even trickier, they share no common tongue—Luana knows zero Portuguese, and her grandmother speaks no English. What starts as awkward frustration slowly simmers into something warmer as the two connect over cooking, and Luana begins to discover and embrace the Brazilian heritage she never really knew.
