At 75, Regina seizes every chance to queue for the government’s grueling medical subsidy program, hoping to ease the mounting hospital costs for her ailing husband. In the final two hours before she reaches the front and secures aid, she endures her own age-related ailments, faces a corrupt fixer who bends the rules, and steps away from the line to find her lost granddaughter, who has wandered off.
