Unlike the iconic, suit-clad Philip Marlowe, private eye Lars is a raw, modern enforcer—sporting a leather jacket, a shaved head, and a scruffy beard. Booted from the police force for outright defiance, he now survives on the edge, solving problems for clients or stirring up chaos for others, depending on the gig. The sole remnant of his law enforcement days is his former partner and loyal friend, Gold. And it’s Gold who dangles a high-stakes offer Lars can’t afford to ignore.
