Arthur is trapped by peladophobia—an overwhelming, irrational terror of bald people. During therapy sessions with his counselor Brett, he revisits haunting, slick-headed nightmares that span humiliating job rejections and bizarre exposure drills where waking life and nightmare merge. When his treatment spirals into a full-blown musical extravaganza, Arthur is forced to confront his greatest fear: shaving his own scalp and stepping into the choir of hairless figures he dreads the most.
