In a picture-perfect but stiflingly dull suburb, two misfits named Angel and Sisterfriend stand out like dark petals in a field of white. Cloaked in black and shielded by gothic armor, they project toughness—but beneath the surface, they’re tender and uncertain, barely past adolescence and still fumbling to find their own voices. Their sisterly bond becomes a sanctuary, a safe haven from a world that doesn’t quite get them. Everything changes when Angel secretly becomes consumed by a single burning question: “What happens in Vegas?” She tries it all—prayers to God, a séance, anything to unlock the mystery.
