Her sobs are interrupted when she stumbles upon a toy dragon that suddenly springs to life, sparking a midnight escape from the castle walls. Deep in the shadowy woods, the pair crosses paths with a young wizard—none other than Baba Yaga’s own grandson. With a flick of his wand, he transforms the little plaything into a full-grown, fire-breathing dragon. But size doesn’t tame temperament: the beast remains as moody and tantrum-prone as a toddler, and the trio has no roof over their heads. Undeterred, the wizard works one more spell, conjuring a breathtaking castle right on the seashore. From that moment on, joy reigns—they finally have a safe haven to nurture the Golden Dragon and hone their magical craft in perfect peace.
