The Violinist (2026)

Singapore, late 1930s. Childhood friends Kai and Fei share a dream of becoming virtuoso violinists. But when Japan storms Malaya in 1941, Kai abandons his musical ambitions to fight with the resistance. When the war ends, he vanishes without a trace. Refusing to give up hope, Fei travels across Southeast Asia, pouring her longing into performances while searching for any clue of Kai. As the years slip away, she faces a haunting choice: continue chasing echoes of the past, or compose a new melody for the rest of her life.
