In the quiet French countryside, ten-year-old Christophe struggles to earn the approval of his stern, emotionally distant father while working their family farm. Out of nowhere, he begins to crumple and fall—mid-chore, in class, at the dinner table. A medical diagnosis offers a strange solution: an iron corset to hold him upright. Uprooted from farm life and forced to adapt, Christophe stumbles upon a hidden love for music, bonds with a new friend, and lets himself be pulled into his very first adventure in mischief. Yet beneath the clatter of steel and laughter, a deeper question lingers—can any of this truly mend what’s broken inside?
