Sienna survived a massacre years ago, when a terrifying clown turned Halloween into a bloodbath. Now she's slowly rebuilding her life, trying to leave the horrors of the past behind. After completing rehab at the Center, she feels calmer, more herself, and wants nothing more than to spend Christmas with her family. But a lingering dread won't let go — it feels like danger is hiding everywhere. One day, workers accidentally awaken the dormant Art in an abandoned house. The monster is back and hungry for victims. He takes on a demonic ally that has possessed the body of Sienna’s best friend, Victoria. Together, they kill everyone in their path. As the holiday approaches, the Shaw family tries to embrace the Christmas spirit. Meanwhile, Art — the supernatural enemy — puts on a Santa suit and goes hunting. The maniac is determined to ruin the celebration and turn joy into a nightmare. Standing against him are Sienna, her brother, and a friend who miraculously survived.
